Maggie & Matt were married at Stone Tower Winery a few weeks ago and the day was nothing short of amazing. The first thing that stands out from their wedding is her choice in color palette! Ever since she was young, Maggie has loved the color orange! It was only natural that she would use orange on her wedding day too! I love how her bouquets boasted bright orange flowers combined with the softness of dusty pink and white roses. She wore a beautifully made custom ball gown by Your Dream Bridal. Her bridesmaids wore grey chiffon floor length dresses by Weddington Way. The groom and groomsmen wore black tuxes and orange bow ties from The Tie Bar.
Maggie worked with planner, Amanda Walker of Plan to be Tied, and together they created the most beautiful wedding day! The reception hall was decorated in floral arrangements similar to the bouquets with lots and lots of added greenery! Maggie and Matt danced the night away with friends and family (but not before we snuck outside for a few sunset pictures!) A few special touches that helped personalize their wedding included a first look in one of the best first look locations ever, a bagpipe for the processional, recessional, and cocktail hour (there’s just nothing like a bagpipe!!), a four tiered cake dotted with orange flowers, and little touches of “M&M” throughout the reception space! They ended the night with their friends and family circled around them as they all swayed and sang to Billy Joel’s “Piano Man”. It was the perfect ending to their perfect day!
